Ken is a strategic, highly skilled Quantity Surveyor with deep expertise in the Western Australian market. With nearly 20 years of industry experience, he has delivered exceptional outcomes across the residential, hotel, commercial, aviation and health sectors.
Ken has played a key role on several high-profile developments, with recent project highlights including Murdoch Square, New Perth Museum and Perth Airport Ground Transport Consolidation Project. He is particularly adept at navigating complex projects, applying a strong eye for detail, commercial insight and effective stakeholder management to achieve certainty and value for clients.
Ken is recognised for his strength in pre-contract cost planning, post-contract cost management, and independent certification, supporting robust governance and informed decision-making throughout the project lifecycle. He is also committed to innovation, actively embracing emerging technologies such as BIM and AI to drive efficiency, improve outcomes and deliver greater value.
Ken is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), a Certified Quantity Surveyor (CQS) with AIQS, and a registered Tax Agent (QS).
He joined WT in 2008 as a cadet and was appointed State Director in 2025.
