A strong advocate for diversity, inclusion and innovation, Nicole brings a collaborative mindset to everything she does. Since joining WT as a Cadet in 2002, her commitment to teamwork and excellence has seen her rise through the ranks, culminating in her appointment as Director in 2021.
Nicole has developed deep expertise across a wide range of sectors, including residential (BTS, BTR, aged care and retirement), retail, commercial, and government and civic developments.
As part of WT’s Senior Leadership Team, Nicole is focused on driving strategic growth, identifying new service opportunities, and enhancing the end-to-end experience we deliver to clients.
