Paul understands his clients key commercial and social drivers. This understanding combined with his knowledge of the consequences that early decisions can make enables Paul to become an invaluable contributor to the client in the early stages and at key crossroads of any project. 

Paul’s breadth of experience includes the provision of client strategic advisory services in addition to all the traditional quantity surveying services from the feasibility stage through to final account across a range of sectors. 

He takes responsibility for providing feasibility studies; setting realistic project budgets, pre and post- contract control; measurement and preparation of bills of quantities for building and services trades; preparation and presentation of contract documentation; value engineering; contract administration; contract negotiation; settlement of final account claims; preparation of expert reports; tax depreciation advice; whole of life cost advice and strategic procurement advice. 

During his time at WT, Paul has been responsible many projects including heritage restorations, commercial towers, shopping centres, hospitals, executive houses, residential towers, student accommodation, education facilities, research facilities, sports facilities, stadiums and more ranging in value from $100k to over $20 billion.  

Pauls has over 90% of repeat clients ranging from private individuals to blue chip companies and government organisations.
