Sahar brings specialist cost management and quantity surveying expertise for major infrastructure projects.
With more than 20 years’ experience across design, engineering, construction management, and cost advisory roles in Australia and the Middle East, she has an established track record in cost estimating, procurement strategy, risk analysis, and commercial advisory for complex programs.
Sahar has contributed to numerous large-scale infrastructure projects in Australia, including Sydney Metro West, the Circular Quay Renewal Program, Coffs Harbour Bypass, M6 Stage 1, Parramatta Light Rail Stage 2, and Canberra Light Rail.
She is a Fellow of Engineers Australia (FIEAust) and a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
Sahar joined WT in 2019 and was appointed State Director in 2025.
