Sam has spent over 20 years in the fields of quantity surveying, building and planning. He has experience in cost planning and tendering on hard bid projects as a chief estimator.
He is also versed in all facets of pre and post contract work, preparation of bills of quantities, tax depreciation schedules, insurance reinstatement schedules, contract negotiation, supervision of projects and quality assurance.
Sam has particular expertise in feasibility studies and masterplanning, having assisted in delivering some of South Australia’s largest development projects.
Sam’s experience includes work as a lecturer/tutor/thesis supervisor for the School of Building & Planning; University of South Australia and he has undertaken research into benchmarking as a management strategy within the construction industry.
