Tim brings over 20 years of cost management, quantity surveying, and commercial advisory experience. He is highly regarded for his detailed and technical approach, resulting in reliable cost advice that exceeds clients’ expectations.

Tim’s expertise spans the full project lifecycle, including cost planning, tender reviews, value engineering, risk mitigation, contract administration, as well as acting as Independent Certifier. He has worked across a diverse range of sectors – from aviation, healthcare and retail to transport (marine) and residential – with a strong national focus on major sports infrastructure and entertainment venues.

Tim has played a key role in some of Australia’s most iconic stadium and precinct projects, including the Melbourne Cricket Ground, Marvel Stadium, AAMI Park, Allianz Stadium, Optus Stadium, and the upcoming 2032 Brisbane Olympic venues. He also led WT’s cost and program review for the GIICA 100-day report, shaping critical infrastructure recommendations for the Games.

Recognised in 2017 as the RICS Australian Young Achiever of the Year, Tim is a collaborative and client-focused leader. He is known for his strategic approach to balancing cost, quality and experience in complex stakeholder environments, and for his commitment to driving innovation and certainty in the delivery of major public and sporting infrastructure.

He joined WT in 2005 and was appointed a Director in 2017.
