Every year we bring on board cadets from major universities across the country who have often gone on to become our successful future leaders.
Working on a variety of landmark construction projects, you’ll develop both technical and leadership skills while rotating through various sectors and practices: quantity surveying and construction cost management, building and engineering cost management, infrastructure cost engineering, advisory services, facilities management, sustainability and contract claims and disputes.
We’re rolling out a program that is competency based and that includes:
- Program rotations
- Mentoring from experienced specialists within our business
- On the job technical training
- Leadership development program
- Systems training
