Independent advice from feasibility to delivery
WT has supported Greystar on this landmark BTR development since 2022, providing independent cost management and program advice to ensure financial clarity and certainty at every stage. From feasibility through to tender, our advice has enabled Greystar to test the project’s viability, benchmark design costs, and maintain transparency as the scheme progressed. When early tender pricing exceeded expectations, we led a value management process that identified cost-saving opportunities while protecting design quality and resident experience. This ensured the project remained commercially viable without compromising its overall vision.
With construction commencing in September 2025, our role has shifted to ongoing monitoring and reporting. We continue to provide financial assurance for both Greystar and their financier, keeping costs under control and mitigating risks to support the successful delivery of this new community.
Alongside this, our planning and scheduling team developed a comprehensive program that mapped out the project’s pathway from design and approvals through to procurement and construction. This gave Greystar confidence in achieving its target completion date and clarity around the critical steps required to get there. We also reviewed contractor programs during the tender stage, providing Greystar with clear, independent advice that improved the quality and reliability of the final delivery schedule.
