WT has partnered with GemLife since 2019, providing comprehensive cost management and quantity surveying services across multiple Queensland developments. Our engagement began with the Pacific Paradise community on the Sunshine Coast – a boutique development spanning 5 hectares, featuring 211 high-quality homes and purpose-built amenities that promote a connected, active lifestyle.
Our involvement has since extended to the Moreton Bay and Highfields Heights communities, reflecting our long-term relationship with GemLife and our capability in managing large-scale, complex residential projects. The Moreton Bay development spans approximately 150 hectares with 637 homes and extensive resort-style amenities, and Highfields Heights covers 29.5 hectares with 422 homes centred around a Country Club.
Ensuring financial confidence through robust cost management
WT’s role has been integral in supporting the financial success and delivery of the GemLife projects. We provide detailed initial financial reports, including independent cost estimates, and deliver monthly drawdown reports to ensure transparent tracking of funding, expenditure, and project progress. These deliverables are tailored to meet the specific requirements of the Financier, offering assurance to key stakeholders and supporting informed decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
By providing clear and accurate cost insights throughout each project phase, we have helped facilitate informed decision-making, financial accountability, and timely progression of works, ultimately supporting the delivery of high-quality residential projects.

In late 2024, Pacific Paradise reached practical completion, with residents moving in and enjoying the resort’s facilities. Construction of the Moreton Bay and Highfields Heights developments is ongoing as of 2025, with WT continuing to provide expert cost management support to ensure their successful delivery.
