Alan is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 26 years’ experience in the property and construction industry, working in both Australia and the United Kingdom.
Alan’s expertise spans multiple sectors including aged care and retirement living, student accommodation, tertiary education, industrial and hospitality.
As a solutions-oriented construction consultant offering a strong balance between business acumen and technical capabilities, Alan’s experience includes best use yield analysis, active and informed cost management (including whole-of-life studies), strategic procurement advice, interactive post contract cost control and report.
Alan prides himself with helping clients to deliver the project’s objective on time, within budget and with quality outcomes.
Alan joined WT in 2018 and was appointed State Director in 2024.
