An iconic twin-towers development at 308 Exhibition Street on Melbourne’s CBD fringe will be home to Victoria’s first Shangri-La hotel, setting a new benchmark for five-star luxury in Melbourne.

The western tower measures 62 storeys and will host the luxury 500 room hotel. The eastern tower is 60 storeys and will house over 300 luxury residential apartments.

Both towers will be linked at Level 46 by a suspended bridge, which will contain an exclusive Sky Lounge which overlooks Melbourne’s UNESCO world heritage listed Royal Exhibition Building and surrounding Carlton Gardens.

The construction will be comprised of structural steel framed floors and columns with concrete slab on metal deck except the single level basement and ground floor which will be in reinforced concrete. The facade consists of an array of finishes including glass and metal cladding in addition to double glazed window systems.
