
Leading international cost management and advisory firm WT has been appointed to deliver quantity surveying services for the $70 million AFL High Performance Centre Project in Hobart, Tasmania.
Located at the Kingston Twin Ovals, the training facility will be the home for Tasmania’s first dedicated AFL and AFLW teams and will also be used for community recreation. It will feature a full-sized oval, multiple grass training areas, and a 9,000-square-meter building. Key amenities will include indoor training spaces, strength and conditioning areas, locker rooms, medical facilities, administrative offices, ample parking, and community access points.

The project is scheduled for completion by October 2027, ahead of the 2028 AFL and AFLW seasons.
