Shaun Muddock
State Director
Shaun is a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor with specialist knowledge in the aviation, hotel and residential high-rise sectors.
With over 29 years of experience, Shaun began his career in London before moving to Australia in 2008. In Australia, he developed a keen interest in the aviation sector, relishing the ever evolving and technical challenges it presents. Throughout his career, Shaun has worked on numerous airports in Queensland, including Cairns Airport, Mackay Airport, Gold Coast Airport, and Townsville Airport. He also enjoys working on high-rise residential and hotel projects, for which the Gold Coast is well known.
During his time at WT, Shaun has established and grown the Cairns and Gold Coast offices. He supports clients with detailed cost planning, bringing attention to detail and deep technical expertise to each project.
Shaun joined WT in 2019 and became State Director in 2025.
