WT has assisted Yuhu in the development known as One Circular Quay. The current status of this project is an early works demolition package has been let and is underway, and tenders have been received from 3 head contractors on the main works. This main works tender included a substantial amount of risk including over $100m in provisional sums. The project consists of two towers being 190 high end luxury apartments and a 6 star international hotel with associated podium retail and basement carparking.

WT have now been commissioned to provide full Quantity Surveying and Cost Management Services on this project.
