Sian is a highly adaptable, experienced professional and trusted advisor in the delivery of major transport infrastructure projects.
Her involvement in the planning and delivery of road and rail projects throughout Victoria and Tasmania has enabled her to develop a strong understanding of client needs for major projects throughout all stages of the project lifecycle, with particular focus in cost planning and estimating, cost management, tender evaluation and negotiation, and risk management.
Whilst her focus is transport infrastructure, Sian also brings experience across other industry sectors including water, aviation, industrial, and residential.
Sian is a strong advocate for women and diversity in construction demonstrated by her involvement in NAWIC Victoria, and is an inspiring mentor for the next generation of construction professionals.
