Sydney’s new state-of-the-art Allianz stadium is now complete. We are proud to have provided all quantity surveying and construction cost management services for this landmark project, from stage one of the build through to project completion.

It was a seamless experience working with Infrastructure NSW and John Holland to bring this magnificent project to life, and to see it stand tall today is a testament to the open collaboration between all development partners.

Delivered on time and on budget, the $830 million project has been designed for the ultimate viewer experience. Steep seating angles provide unrivalled views from every seat and the enclosed roof keeps the noise in and rain out. This design feature makes it a premium sporting stadium and music venue.

With a seating capacity of 42,500, the stadium will be home to Sydney Roosters in the NRL, NSW Waratahs in Super Rugby and Sydney FC in the A-League. The stadium held its first blockbuster event on September 2 – the NRL’s famous rivalry between the Sydney Roosters and South Sydney Rabbitohs.

The Tier one stadium will be operated by Venues NSW with Justin Hemmes’ Merivale as the hospitality partner. Throughout the stadium, 64 food and beverage outlets will be available to spectators. Jimmy’s Falafel, ‘El Loco’ Tacos and Hot Dogs, a Burger Shack featuring a Smashed Burger, Sushi, Fish & Chips, Healthy Bowls and Vinnie’s Pizza are just some of the delicious dining options available.

The iconic seating pattern was designed by award-winning Indigenous artist Tony Albert. “Two Worlds Colliding – Water and Land” is the theme of the design and looks spectacular from all angles.

We are thrilled to have been part of this remarkable stadium redevelopment and looks forward to seeing it host some of the biggest stars in sport, music and entertainment in the years to come.
