19 National Circuit is a new development of new 5 storey c. 18,100+m2 commercial building in Canberra, ACT.

We were engaged to the project as Quantity Surveyors to provide cost consultancy services through the design process. Additionally, we provided Embodied Carbon management services whereby an Embodied Carbon measure was undertaken to establish a baseline, and to develop a framework for alternate design options to reduce the project’s total Embodied Carbon.
