The Pitt Street Metro Station is part of the Sydney Metro City & Southwest – Chatswood to Sydenham project, providing access across the future Sydney Metro network to the Sydney CBD.

The site is located in the Sydney CBD, approximately 160m east of Sydney Town Hall and bound by Market Street to the north, Park Street to the south, Castlereagh Street to the east and Pitt Street to the west.

We have been appointed as an Independent Commissioning Agent (ICA) for the station, providing services to fulfil the requirements of the targeted Greenstar credits relating to commissioning and fine-tuning.

We provided advice on commissioning related activities and deliverables throughout the different project stages, including reviewing the design for services and maintainability, the commissioning methodologies, compiling a commissioning plan and verifying the building services installations against the design intents via witness tests before project handover, and providing a Commissioning Plan.
