Heidi brings a wealth of experience in leading multiple disciplinary teams and enterprise-wide transformations.
Commencing as WT’s new COO in 2023, Heidi worked with the Board and the Executive Leadership Team to establish a new company strategy to support a significant growth agenda for WT. Reporting directly to the Board, Heidi is leading and scaling the national operations of WT. She chairs the Executive Leadership Team for Australia, and has accountability for the Clients & Markets and People & Culture functions in WT.
