Heidi Mitchell is Chief Executive Officer of WT Australia, responsible for leading the strategic direction and growth of the business.
Since joining WT in 2023 as Chief Operating Officer, Heidi has played a central role in shaping the company’s strategy, strengthening its national operations and driving greater alignment across the business. Working closely with the Board and National Leadership Team, she helped establish a clear growth agenda and relaunch WT’s values, laying the foundations for the continued evolution of the business.
As CEO, Heidi is focused on helping WT anticipate and respond to the changing needs of its clients across property, construction and infrastructure. She is committed to investing in innovation and digital capability, while continuing to build on WT’s reputation for independent commercial advice, technical excellence and trusted client relationships.
Heidi is passionate about creating opportunities for people to grow and succeed. She believes WT’s greatest strength is its people and is committed to fostering a culture built on collaboration, accountability and a shared commitment to delivering outstanding outcomes for clients.
