Imogen brings 20 years’ experience delivering cost management, quantity surveying and advisory services across complex building, infrastructure, data centre and precinct projects.
She has worked across Australia, Indonesia and Malaysia, bringing strong commercial insight and a practical approach to supporting high-performing teams in technically complex environments.
Imogen supports major data centre clients with cost planning, procurement strategy, commercial management and portfolio-level reporting. She develops clear frameworks to enable consistent decision-making across multidisciplinary teams, particularly where program, technical scope and commercial considerations need to be carefully managed.
She played a key role in establishing WT’s Carbon & Sustainability service offering, helping clients understand the relationship between cost, carbon and design decisions early in the project lifecycle. Her work brings together quantity surveying, embodied carbon analysis and digital reporting to support practical and commercially grounded outcomes.
Imogen is recognised for her strategic thinking, commercial rigour and collaborative approach, and for translating complex project requirements into clear advice that supports project delivery.
