Since joining WT’s Melbourne office in 2018, he has built a strong reputation for delivering strategic advice across complex infrastructure and development projects.
With 16 years of experience across the UK and Australia, Joshua leads WT’s Asset & Facilities Management advisory team in Victoria, providing strategic advice across a broad range of sectors.
He has delivered key projects including the Ground Lease Model 1 and 2 programs, contributing to over 2,300 social and affordable dwellings, as well as the Geelong Convention and Exhibition Centre. His experience spans a wide range of sectors including commercial, residential, transport, healthcare and defence.
Joshua specialises in whole-of-life cost planning, supporting clients with operational and lifecycle modelling from project inception through to delivery and ongoing asset management. His work enables informed decision-making and optimised outcomes across complex asset portfolios.
