Joshua supports clients on large-scale commercial workplace projects, providing cost management and advisory services with particular expertise in legal, technology and banking fit-outs.
Since joining WT in 2015, he has built on more than 15 years of industry experience, working across complex workplace developments. He has delivered a range of high-profile projects, including national rollout programs for QBE and National Australia Bank, as well as fit-outs for organisations such as King & Wood Mallesons, Sony Music and QIC. His experience also includes the refurbishment and fit-out of Ausgrid’s Roden Cutler House and projects for Westpac at 275 Kent Street, Sydney.
Joshua provides strategic cost advice across all project stages, from due diligence and pre-contract planning through to post-contract delivery. His approach supports clear decision-making, strong commercial outcomes and effective project delivery.
