Michael is a highly experienced cost management and commercial advisory professional with more than 37 years of experience delivering complex building services, utilities and major infrastructure projects.
He specialises in cost planning, procurement, tender analysis, project controls and financial governance, providing strategic commercial advice across high-value developments from inception through to delivery.
With deep expertise in data centres, high-voltage and water utilities, defence, health and commercial projects, Michael combines strong technical knowledge with commercial acumen to navigate complex project environments and support informed decision-making.
Drawing on experience gained across major projects throughout Australia and the Asia-Pacific region, he advises clients on investment planning, delivery strategies and governance frameworks, helping to manage risk and enhance project certainty.
Known for his pragmatic approach and ability to translate technical complexity into clear, actionable advice, Michael works closely with clients, stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to achieve strong commercial outcomes on large-scale and critical infrastructure projects.
