Philip delivers cost management and advisory services across complex commercial development and workplace projects, with a strong focus on achieving commercially robust outcomes.
Since joining WT in 2013, he has built on over 20 years of industry experience, supporting clients across a diverse range of sectors.
Philip has worked on major projects including Salesforce Tower, Atlassian Central, 6–8 Parramatta Square and the Waldorf Astoria, along with Walsh Bay Arts Precinct and the UTS Dr Chau Chak Wing Building. His experience also includes Macquarie University’s Ainsworth Building, Western Sydney University Bankstown Campus and Lifehouse at RPA, as well as Independent Certifier roles across large-scale developments.
He provides strategic cost advice across all project stages, including due diligence and feasibility, cost planning, procurement and contract administration. His expertise spans risk management, tender negotiation and claim and dispute management, supporting strong governance and project outcomes.
Philip also plays an active role in leading teams, mentoring and supporting the growth and development of his colleagues.
