Sam is recognised for delivering strategic cost management advice across complex commercial and workplace projects, supporting clients on large-scale developments across Victoria.
He joined WT in 2001 as a Cadet and brings over two decades of experience across the full project lifecycle, now leading the Workplace sector in Victoria.
Sam has supported a wide range of clients on major office fitout projects including ANZ, NAB, and Corrs Chambers Westgarth. His experience also includes commercial developments at 120 Balmain Street and Dover House, as well as the Collingwood Football Club.
Sam provides strategic cost advice across all project stages, from business case and procurement through to tendering and construction delivery. Known for his calm and considered approach, he builds strong, long-term client relationships and plays an active role in mentoring and developing his teams.
Sam became a State Director in 2026.
