In his new role as Director – Engineering Services, David brings across a wealth of knowledge and expertise from over 30 years of experience working in the field; with many of our clients having already had the pleasure of working alongside him on a range of national projects.
David’s strong analytical skills enables him to deliver holistic engineering solutions on projects from various sectors, including Defence, Water Infrastructure, and the rapidly growing Renewable Energy.
When asked to talk about his involvement overseeing the recent developments of these projects Nationally, David says:
“We are involved in several ongoing projects in the Defence sector, and these projects often require a high degree of engineering services, with multiple projects currently underway in QLD, NT, WA, as well as NSW.
The Renewable Energy sector is also rapidly growing, and a few of our projects have been exploring power generation through various means, such as Solar, Pumped Hydro, Biogas Capture, Gravity Battery, and Compressed Air Storage Schemes in various locations across the country.
With a growing population, Water Infrastructure projects have also become a major focus, with an increased need of engineering solutions for water supply, and waste-water treatment.
At the moment, our Sydney team are involved in all aspects of water systems from dams and water capture through reservoirs, pump stations, pipeline reticulation, sewer lines and treatment plants, as well as desalination plants throughout NSW, VIC and QLD.
It’s an exciting time for me to be in the position that I’m in, and I look forward to seeing all of these projects come to fruition.”
