Supporting commercial confidence across a multi-stage precinct
WT has been engaged since 2018 by Walker Corporation to provide audit cost management and quantity surveying services across all stages of the Riverlea development. We supported the client in achieving commercial confidence and delivery certainty across an evolving, city-scale program of works.
Our team has contributed to a wide range of infrastructure, civil, residential and retail packages from early subdivision and bulk earthworks to the latest retail and community facilities, delivering services including cost planning, procurement advice, construction cost control and progress reporting. Our involvement has ensured clear budget alignment and informed decision-making across a complex, multi-phase delivery model.

In 2025, the project was awarded State Development of the Year for South Australia as part of the Property Council of Australia Innovation & Excellence Awards, recognising the significant value of Riverlea with community-focused design at its heart.
