Heidi brings a wealth of experience in leading multiple disciplinary teams and enterprise-wide transformations. As WT’s new COO, Heidi will lead and scale the national operations of WT, including the Senior Leadership Team, and the Business Development, Marketing and People & Culture functions.
Reporting to the WT board directly, Heidi’s goals will initially focus around helping to establish and implement an effective company strategy, to support a significant growth agenda for WT nationally.
As part of our C-Suite, we are excited to see her contribution to the further development of WT’s growth and development.
