After 27 years with us, including ten years as Managing Director, Nick Deeks is setting his sights on retirement at the end of 2022.
Nick joined us in 1995 as a senior M&E QS, he established the Infrastructure group in 2001 as well as WT Sustainability in 2012. He was made a director in 2001 where he played a significant role in growing and developing the company. Since his appointment as Managing Director in 2013, Nick’s passion for business transformation within the building and construction industry saw him instigate a range of internal advancements that have helped us be positioned as the leader in our industry.
This month we celebrate and thank Nick for his leadership and impact on the business.
When reminiscing on Nick’s journey with us, the executive team agreed that Nick’s influence on our vision and the future of the industry is incomparable and indeed has helped us surpass the typical assessment of the industry service offering. Our future is bright and will carry forward Nick’s great passion to challenge the status quo and constantly grow.
We will continue to be led by a wealth of experience, passion and expertise from the current Board including Phil Anseline, Costa Alexiou and Tim Roberts, the senior leadership team including James Ford, Simon Hensley, Linda Mok, Toby Brown, Nicole Trumbull and Ian Menzies as well as CFO Robert Groom and CIO Ian Baddock.
The thousands of people in the company globally offer well wishes for a superb next chapter in a much-deserved retirement to Nick.
