Adam Adkin

State Director

Adam is a Chartered Facilities Management Surveyor (MRICS) with a passion for ensuring best value FM service delivery for WT’s clients.

Adam brings over 20 years’ experience working with WT, having initially joined our UK business working in client-side contract administration roles on a number of national UK maintenance contracts including The Royal Bank of Scotland and National Health Service. He also contributed to specialised FM contracts including the London Zoological Society, Manchester Airport and Leeds University.

Since relocating to WT Australia in 2013, Adam has completed Lenders Technical Assessment (LTA) Reports on over $40 billion worth of projects across Australian and North American PPP’s. These include New Perth Stadium, Ravenhall Correctional Centre, Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre Expansion, Melbourne Metro, University of California (Merced) and Brisbane Cross River Rail.

Adam also brings considerable experience working in LTA roles for Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) projects including for Curtin University (WA), University of Tasmania, James Cook University and Melbourne University.

Adam’s other major clients include Healthscope Hospitals, NBN Co, BP Australia, Toll Group, Melbourne Airport, Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, the Museum of Old and New Art (TAS), and City of Gold Coast.

In addition, Adam works with many Residential Strata Managers, providing Asset Registers, Long Term Maintenance Plans and Replacement Cost Valuations for insurance purposes to the Australian residential sector.
