Emma Zadow
Non-Executive Director
Emma joined our board in 2024 as Non-Executive Director to add to the existing breadth of experience.
Emma has over two decades experience working in professional services, both in Australia and internationally. She has a proven track record in driving business growth, innovation and operational excellence. Emma’s leadership experience spans strategy, business development, marketing, people, operations, finance, technology and governance.
In addition to serving on the Board of WT, Emma is a Non-Executive Director of Morrison Low Holdings, an Australasian management consulting firm. She also advises professional services businesses on growth strategy through her consulting practice, Argute Advisory, where she leverages her expertise in both client-focused and people-centred initiatives.
Previously, Emma was CEO of The Fold Legal, a regulatory firm specialising in the financial services industry. She led a scale-to-exit strategy, focused on strengthening client relationships, enhancing the firm’s reputation, fostering innovation and cultivating a positive workplace culture. This culminated in the successful sale of the business to a diversified professional services group.
Prior to that, Emma led business development at Corrs Chambers Westgarth where she was responsible for client acquisition and retention strategy. She also served as head of its legal technology division for a year.
Emma’s international experience includes five years in London, where she led global business development initiatives for Herbert Smith’s corporate division. She oversaw the development of a sector-based targeting program, managed significant clients and supported business development initiatives in emerging markets. Earlier in her career, she worked at Minter Ellison in Sydney.
Emma is a graduate of the AICD’s Company Directors Course and brings a deep understanding of governance, strategy and stakeholder engagement to the board.
