With an exceptional career spanning over 15 years, Jack has made a significant impact in the fields of road, rail, buildings, water, and power sectors. His expertise extends beyond geographical boundaries, as he has successfully managed and delivered projects both within Australia and on an international scale.
As a chartered member of the esteemed Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Jack possesses a strong foundation in Quantity Surveying. This classical training has equipped him with a thorough understanding of cost estimation from first principles, commercial management, and cost management which has proven invaluable in project planning and execution. His meticulous approach to risk management has safeguarded projects from potential pitfalls, ensuring their successful completion.
One of Jack’s standout accomplishments lies in his expertise in the realm of Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects. He has played a pivotal role in various large-scale PPP initiatives, contributing to their successful outcomes through roles such as Lenders Technical Advisory, Technical Due Diligence, Independent Certification, and Independent Payment Certification.
Throughout his career, Jack has demonstrated a remarkable ability to build and manage highly effective agile teams. His leadership style fosters collaboration, innovation, and a sense of ownership among team members, which in turn enhances overall project performance and team productivity.
Jack’s diverse experience spans every stage of the asset lifecycle, showcasing his comprehensive understanding of the industry’s intricacies in planning, acquisition, operations, maintenance, and asset disposal.
