WT has been engaged by Lago Cold Stores to assist with the construction of a new cold storage facility located at Lytton Road, Hemmant.

The site currently has capacity for 23,000 pallets of frozen goods along with chilled loading docks. Lago Cold Stores is currently reviewing the feasibility for the construction of a new 6,500m2 facility comprising fixed and mobile storage solutions.

WT is providing complete Quantity Surveying services for the redevelopment and also assisting with coordination of various repairs and maintenance works across the existing facility.

Construction is forecast to commence in 2021.
