State Director
Matt has dedicated his career to the aviation sector, bringing specialist expertise and a deep knowledge in cost management and quantity surveying to support clients with their capital program of works.
With over 17 years of industry experience, Matt leads WT’s dedicated on-site office at Melbourne Airport. He has extensive experience in PMO advisory, procurement and commercial cost management, capital planning and master planning estimates, project controls, cash flow and budget reporting, and financier reporting.
He leverages this expertise to support the delivery of terminal, retail, and baggage projects; commercial developments; business park developments; civil infrastructure; and utilities and technology infrastructure.
Career highlights include Melbourne Airport’s T2 Luxury Retail precinct, Novotel & Ibis Styles Hotel, and the T4 Terminal & MLS precinct.
Matt joined WT in 2008 and became State Director in 2025.
