A champion of diversity, innovation and inclusion, Nicole understands the importance of teamwork whole heartedly; having first joined the business 20 years ago as a Cadet, Nicole’s penchant for being a team player led to her being appointed as Director in 2021.
Developing a wealth of experience in residential, building, affordable aged-care retirement, retail, commercial and civic; Nicole has also been a key pillar for the business in two emerging sectors that have recently started to capture the attention of the masses; embodied carbon and build to rent (BTR).
As part of the Senior Leadership Team, Nicole is focused on strategising and developing the continual growth and success of the business; with a particular goal of identifying new opportunities for service offerings and developing improved end-to-end services to clients in 2023.
Leading by example, Nicole continues to develop and diversify her team, encouraging and embracing collaboration to ensure a unified approach towards problem solving.
