The One Festival Tower project is a commercial building development located at Adelaide Festival Plaza; a 29-floor commercial tower holding 45,000m2 premium office space.

Anchored by Flinders University which takes up 8 levels of the building, the building provides an opportunity for greater inner-city access for students, expanding the University’s reach and student base.

Works on the project also included 5,000m2 of reinvigorated public plaza to accommodate events & exhibitions, a 5-level basement car park for 1,500 vehicles.

The building is 6 star Green Star rated and achieved a WELL rating for indoor environment quality.

We are undertaking audit QS services and Project Controls on the project, with construction due for completion at the end of 2023.
