Initially Paola’s goals will focus around:
- designing & implementing a people strategy that delivers and achieves our goals
- lead an enhanced People & Culture team continuing to deliver exceptional service and support to the business
- envision and define an Employee Value Proposition that captures the essence of what makes WT a great place to work and a leader in their field
