Paul brings 32 years cost management experience in Australia and Asia, including 26 years with WT.

After a 4-year absence, Paul recently “returned home” to WT, to work with Queensland’s QS/Cost Management Team.

Paul has previously worked in WT’s Brisbane & Sydney offices, as well as Jakarta and Hong Kong.

His major stint was managing WT’s Indonesian business wherein he played an integral role in the growth and success of the business, managing the Jakarta office in the aftermath of the Asian Financial Crisis between 1999 and 2017. During that period, Paul grew the business into a pre-eminent practice in Indonesia, delivering some 900+ commissions including many iconic projects, expanding the practice to 3 offices across Indonesia.

Paul was personally involved on a number of prestigious developments which included the Australian Embassy Complex, World Trade Centre II and III, Menara Astra (Tower), Unilever HQ BSD, Plaza Senayan and the Singapore Embassy / Residences.

Paul has also worked on projects for WT in central Asia (Uzbekistan & Kazakhstan), India, Brunei, Singapore, Thailand, Laos and Malaysia

More recently Paul’s project experience in Brisbane includes Browne Park Stadium, Rockhampton, Barlow Park, Cairns and Herston Quarter, Brisbane.

Paul’s wealth of knowledge includes skills in key areas such as cost estimating, cost planning, pre-contract cost management, bill of quantities, tender and contract documentation as well as construction phase cost control.
