State Director
Phil is a highly experienced and trusted cost advisor on complex projects spanning education, retail, commercial, residential, hotel and public sectors.
As the NSW Education Lead, Phil brings over 18 years’ experience delivering a wide range of services from feasibility, master planning, cost planning and tender analysis through to post contract administration.
Priding himself on being pro-active and hands-on with projects from inception to completion, he works closely with his team and clients to deliver positive outcomes.
Phil joined WT in 2006 as a Quantity Surveyor and was appointed a State Director in 2024.
