We provided commercial management services, including planning and quantity surveying services to the Port Capacity Program.

The project includes construction of a new 2 berth automated container terminal at Webb Dock East, a new 3 berth automotive terminal at Webb Dock West and automotive PDI facilities and infrastructure upgrades (freeway connections & service infrastructure) to Webb Dock.

Our services and value add included, estimating, and commercial advisory, Cost Planning at all phases of the project design to capture scope and cost changes throughout the project lifecycle. Commercial optioning to provide alternative value engineering options to assist the project team in making informed commercial decisions.
