Telopea Estate will comprise approximately 4,500 dwellings, containing a mix of market, social, affordable and RACF housing.  The site will house approximately 50,000 people and include approximately 13,000m2, of non-residential facilities such as community centre, childcare, church & offices.

WT have been commissioned by Frasers Property Australia to provide QS services for Masterplan Feasibility Cost Plan and further cost plans and estimates.
