Following its decommissioning as an official AFL match ground in 2005, the home of Carlton Football Club was redeveloped to include state of the art training and administration facilities for the team.

The project comprised of the Design and Construction of the Western Bulldogs’s AFLW change rooms and training facilities, as well as a masterplan for the overall VU Whitten Oval Redevelopment.

The project comprises the construction of an elite, purpose-built training and administration base for St Kilda Football Club and associated stakeholders at Moorabbin Reserve in Moorabbin. We were engaged to provide full quantity surveying services for this project.

Due to our long-standing relationship with Melbourne Airport, we were granted the opportunity to provide full QS services, cost planning and cost management services to Essendon Football Club for their new High-Performance Centre at Melbourne Airport.

We were engaged by Cricket Victoria to provide full quantity surveying services during the design and construction of the new Victorian Cricket and Community Centre at Junction Oval in St Kilda.

The CoE will service rugby around the state, becoming a central ‘hub’ for the game at all levels – with everything from state-of-the-art training facilities to function spaces, meeting areas and shared offices.

This project comprises the redevelopment of the existing swimming centre, with the project going out to tender shortly with construction anticipated to begin September 2023 and ready to open for Summer 2024.

The project, the largest infrastructure project undertaken in Mount Gambier history, comprising of the development and construction of a two storey Community & Recreation Hub.

The State Basketball Centre upgrade will create one of Australia’s leading basketball facilities and support the continued growth of basketball and gymnastics at local and elite levels.

The iconic Melbourne Rectangular Stadium, known as AAMI Park, has capacity for over 30,000 patrons and features a cutting edge 'bio-frame' roof design that provides extensive seat coverage and excellent spectator sight lines.
