GH Properties commenced construction on their Build To Rent (BTR) development located at 20, Walsh St, Milton, QLD in 2018 and is currently under DA approval.  

This project is a 30 storey Build To Rent residential apartment, comprised of a total of 380 individual apartments. 

Serving as Hines’ second build to rent project in North Melbourne, the 3068 sq m site at 36-58 Macaulay Road at North Melbourne will contain 207 build-to-rent units.

A project consisting of 40 storey built-to-rent residential high rise development offering “high-end” affordable inner-city apartments with 7-star NatHERS rating and 5-star green star certification; the development includes a total of 300 residential apartments across all levels of the building. 

Set in the Docklands 4500sq m site, this project will see Samma Property Group develop the second of their four proposed build to rent projects. Once developed, this new residential tower will have river frontage and views towards Melbourne’s CBD, down the Yarra River and towards Port Phillip Bay.

Victoria Gardens has served as inner east Melbourne’s premier retail and lifestyle destination for almost 19 years; and after nearly two decades, it will be undergoing a significant redevelopment and upgrade. The masterplan redevelopment consists of two new main components, the River Boulevard Precinct and the Doonside Precinct.  

This project consists of the proposed design and construction of a 2-staged residential built-to-rent development as part of the broader expansion of the Victoria Gardens precinct, located at 20-35 River Boulevard & 15 Christine Crescent, Richmond. 

164 – 168 Roden Street is the first development site on Australia’s east coast for American build-to-rent giant Sentinel Real Estate Corporation. The 3600m2 corner site on Melbourne’s CBD fringe was originally home to the former Don Kyatt Automobiles warehouse and will be transformed into build-to-rent apartments. 

Landream’s plans to enter the build-to-rent market are under way after its planned $150 million tower was approved by the City of Melbourne. Due for completion in 2026, the project at 100-104 Franklin Street comprises of a 41-storey tower containing 269 build-to-rent dwellings, along with retail and co-working space.

CDL Australia has broken into the build-to-rent market with an upcoming project, located in the heart of Australia’s largest urban renewal precinct, the development is slated for completion in late 2024. The development will feature 237 apartments, with a mix of apartment configurations.
