WT was engaged by BUPA to provide full quantity surveying services, including cost planning, full tender and post contract administration services through the construction phase for their development at 82 Allum St Bankstown on the site of the former Yagoona Bowling Club.

Bonnyrigg has been a public housing estate since the 1970's, there has been a call for expressions of interest to redevelop the estate as a 70/30 mix of new private and public dwellings.

Located in the heart of Melbourne’s Southbank precinct the 254 m high, 74 storey irregular shaped Prima Pearl was unique in that the building was handed over to residents in stages, with 300 apartments handed over to their new owners in June 2014, almost a full year ahead of final project completion.

WT assisted Malaysian property development company, SP Setia, as it makes its entrance into the Australian market with the Fulton Lane development.
