WT acted as Independent Certifier for joint venture developers APN and Grocon for their 12-level development at 150 Collins Street.

Being constructed under a 25-year design, build, operate PPP contract the Eastern Goldfields Prison Redevelopment project includes a new 350 bed prison, catering for both genders across all security ratings adjacent to the existing 100 bed prison.

WT were engaged by National Australia Bank (NAB) at Stage 1 (due diligence through to business case) and then into detailed design, tender and construction of their $303 million Docklands Campus 2 development at 700 Bourke Street.

WT is worked as part of the APLNG Origin Project Management, Design, Procurement and Delivery Team on the Condabri and Orana Gathering and Wellhead Facilities Project.

Established on its current site in 1963, the Royal Children’s Hospital is a state-wide teaching, training and research paediatric hospital which provides a full range of child and adolescent health services including mental health services and is the designated provider for super specialist paediatric services for Victoria and Tasmania.

WT provided full quantity surveying services for SA Police’s new headquarters in Adelaide’s Argus Street, the biggest police-building project in South Australia’s history to date.

WT provided full quantity surveying services for Latrobe University’s new Sylvia Walton (formerly known as the Melbourne Building) at their Bundoora campus.

WT provided cost management services for the extension and renovation of the Mountain Retreat Medical Centre.
