Sullivan Nicolaides Pathology’s new project is their Queensland Headquarters for administration and pathology analysis. The site sits in the Markwell Street West precinct between Markwell Street and Harworth Street.
The project comprised of the construction of a new six storey (approx 7,500 m2) mental health, drug and alcohol, and community health facility for 27 inpatient mental health beds, 20 bed detoxification units and 4 levels of basement car parking for 228 cars.
WT are engaged by Markmoran to provide full quantity surveying services, including cost planning, full tender and post contract administration services through the construction phase for their development at 82 Laguna Street Vaucluse.
