QGC, a BG Group Business entered into an engineering, procurement and construction contract with McConnell Dowell Constructors and Consolidated Contracting Company Australia for the ‘Narrows Crossing Contract’ as part of its Export Pipeline Contract in Gladstone / Curtis Island which is part of the Queensland Curtis LNG project

WT was engaged in 2013 to assist OZMinerals in setting of budgets and cost control for a pre-feasibility and feasibility study including an exploratory decline at their Carrapateena Mine located 160 km North of Port Augusta.

In 2010, Neumann Petroleum commissioned a new bulk fuel terminal on the Port of Brisbane owned pier at Eagle Farm to facilitate increased deliveries to the existing tank farm located further upriver.

WT provided pre contract cost planning advice to Construction Control from concept design up to tender stage. The project derives its name from its funder, Canberra Airport owner, philanthropist and Old Boy of Canberra Grammar School, Mr Terry Snow.

The project was for the expansion and refurbishment of the minimum security prison for women at the existing Nyandi facility at Hayman Road Bently

The Spring Gully Phase 6 project involves the development of 28 production wells connected by underground water and gas gathering systems.

WT was engaged by Fortius Funds Management in 2006 to assist with full quantity surveying for the redevelopment of their 420 George Street site.

WT has been involved in this prestigious premium grade commercial tower in the Riverside precinct in Brisbane with a 6 Star Greenstar rating and unique design features since inception in mid 2007.

WT has provided cost planning services on this proposed 5 Star Greenstar project with the second largest pre-leasing deal done in Brisbane with a lease in excess of 18,000m2 signed between the ATO and Grocon in January 2011.

WT was engaged to provide cost planning services during the Design Competition stage and acted as the Independent Certifier during the construction phase providing quarterly progress statements and determination of Practical Completion for Mirvac’s 8 Chifley Square development.
