Being constructed under a 25-year design, build, operate PPP contract the Eastern Goldfields Prison Redevelopment project includes a new 350 bed prison, catering for both genders across all security ratings adjacent to the existing 100 bed prison.

Established on its current site in 1963, the Royal Children’s Hospital is a state-wide teaching, training and research paediatric hospital which provides a full range of child and adolescent health services including mental health services and is the designated provider for super specialist paediatric services for Victoria and Tasmania.

The Project provided the hospital with a brand new state of the art Emergency Department (ED) incorporating a 50 bed Medical Assessment and Planning Unit (MAPU) and a new helipad.

WT provided full quantity surveying services for SA Police’s new headquarters in Adelaide’s Argus Street, the biggest police-building project in South Australia’s history to date.

WT provided cost management services for the extension and renovation of the Mountain Retreat Medical Centre.

WT provided quantity surveying services to Plenary Group and the South Australian Government for the $40 million South Australian Police and Courts project, the first PPP project to be undertaken by the State.

WT is providing Full Cost Management Services to Commercial & General and Calvary on the development of a new private hospital to serve the community of Adelaide.

The Hopkins Correctional Centre project is an expansion on the pre-existing Ararat Prison, which has bolstered the facilities’ capacity to house medium security male inmates and provide them with brand new medical, education, visitor, and recreation centres.

The project was for the expansion and refurbishment of the minimum security prison for women at the existing Nyandi facility at Hayman Road Bently

WT provided cost planning from concept through to tender documentation phase, whole of life costing, cost reporting and monitoring of design development, assist in tender evaluation process, valuation of construction progress claims, verification of contract variations.
