At the end of last year, our Queensland team welcomed Reiss Draper as Associate Director of the ever-expanding and dedicated team. With our Buildings and Property team in Queensland forecast to increase by 25 per cent this year, we are delighted to have appointed Reiss to help manage and lead this flourishing sector.
Reiss is commercially minded and is the client liaison on most projects, while simultaneously ensuring that all cost management services are delivered on time, and to standard. He brings over 13 years of experience to the role, having worked for both contractors and consultants in Australia and in the UK.
Throughout his career, Reiss has acquired expertise in the health sector, which he plans on utilising and sharing with our team. Reiss was the lead cost manager of a recent $1.5. billion-project in Sydney, providing cost management services on two large hospitals. He has broad experience in cost feasibility, budget estimation, and practical completion and harnesses strong communication skills to keep stakeholders involved and engaged throughout the entirety of a project’s lifespan.
While his experience speaks volumes, his attitude and commitment to colleague development and business growth is outstanding. Already, he has set his eyes on continuing business, staff, and revenue growth, through encouraging key skills and ensuring teams are fully accredited.
